Evaluation for this contract, management of this trade and Key Personnel of this trade requirement will be weighed heavily on the content in the individuals resumes. Pricing Evaluation – Firm Fixed Price Evaluation for this contract, pricing – Only - Fully burden rates for each labor category. With ODC break out.
