Dismantle Wall and Jib Cranes

**CLARIFICATION: By incorporating DFARS clause 252.204-7021 and DFARS provision 252.204-7025, for this requirement the offerors must possess a valid CMMC Level 1 (Self-Assessment) certification at the time of offer submission and for the duration of any resulting contract. Government will verify Offeror's CMMC Level 1 (Self-Assessment) certification at the time of offer submission.

Offerors failing to meet this requirement at the time of offer submission will be considered ineligible for award and their offers will not be evaluated. **NOTE** The Solicitation has been amended to add: i. DFARS 252.204-7021 Contractor Compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level Requirements; ii. **NOTE - Clause 52.2347-1 Site Visit language is included in this request. Please note that PHNSY will be closed for curtailment from December 24, 2025 through January 2, 2026. Normal operations will resume on January 5, 2026. A Site Visit for the Dismantle of Wall and Jib Cranes is scheduled for Thursday, January 08, 2026 at 9:00am at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam.

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is a US Navy regional industrial center that maintains, overhauls and repairs various vessels of the US Navy.

Its industrial operations provide the US naval forces with a wide range of services and resources located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, with direct and indirect support to submarines, surface vessels and shore based activities in the Pacific. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide remove and dismantle four (4) Shepard Niles 5 ton wall cranes and three (3) jib cranes. Contract to cover base year.

Additional details and specifications can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The tentative period of performance for this service is 09 February 2026 to 30 April 2026. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238290; the size standard for this NAICS $22M. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-26-Q-0019. Quotes are due no later than Monday, 01/12/2026 at 12:00 p.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, DFARS 4/25/2024, and NMCARS 18-22.
