7-Meter Rigid Inflatable Boat Overhaul (RIBs)

Amendment 1 - Updated 01/23/2024: Update Solicitation to include revised work package SSP # HRMC 012-24 dated 19 January 2024. Proposal deadline still due 08 February 2024, 0900 HST. All terms of the solicitation remains the same.

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HRMC-012-24. The tentative start date is 16 February 2024 with a delivery date of 31 July 2024. The required work shall take place at the contractor's facility. The contractor must possess the resources and facilities to perform work on the island of Oahu.

The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0015. Proposals will be due on 08 February 2024 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2023-06, DFARS (12/04/2023) and NMCARS 18-22. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees.

The Product Service Code is J019 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Requirements: Ships, Small Crafts, Pontoons, and Floating Docks. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date.
