The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixedprice basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Fiber Systems International, Inc. for items 4 CHANNEL TFOCA-II PLUG TO PLUG ASSEMBLY, MM, 100 METERS, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1). BRAND NAME ONLY!! NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED.
