This order provides for the research and development, modification and associated logistics, operational deployment and maintenance support requirements for the Special Missions Mobile Mission Systems (MMS) capability.

Fiscal Year 2024 other procurement funds in the amount of $1,980,000 and fiscal year 2022 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $1,081,828 will be obligated at the time of award. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

This procurement was conducted on a sole-source basis under the authority of Title 10 U.S.C Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This effort is covered under Class Justification and Approval number 23-0038.
