THE TOTAL UNITS IS HEREBY INCREASED BY 1 FOR A TOTAL OF 11 FOR THIS SOLICITATION. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. This is a sole source requirement.
