WIDE AREA WORKFLOW PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS (JAN 2023)|16|Invoice and Receving Report Combo||HQ0338|N00383|S3315A|S3315A|See Schedule|TBD||||||||| THE REASON FOR THIS AMENDMENT IS TO INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF PD #PNOF4440826102 BY 1 UNIT TO HAVE A TOTAL OF 4 UNITS INSTEAD OF 3. THE TOTAL UNITS IS HEREBY INCREASED BY 1 FOR A TOTAL OF 11 FOR THIS SOLICITATION. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. This is a sole source requirement.

The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with other than the current source. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award.
