B521 - Genealogy Research Services

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice.

This combined synopsis solicitation SHALL be posted on the Government Point of Entry GPE, located at Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N0018926QZ040. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025 06 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this web address www.acquisition.gov.

The NAICS code is 541990 and the Small Business Standard with a standard size of 19.5 million.

This requirement is for the Genealogy Phase I and Phase II research cases and has a ceiling of 3,575 which includes 2,750 Phase I and 825 Phase II cases over a 5 year ordering period starting 30 Apr 2026 through 29 Apr 2031 along with an additional six-month ordering option period pursuant to FAR 52.217 8. The six-month option period will run from 30 APR 2031 through 29 OCT 2031. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.

A single award is anticipated to be made in response to this solicitation. The deadline for questions in response to the posted solicitation will be 12 February 2026 with answers being issued as part of a RFQ Amendment on or around 16 February 2026.The solicitation will close on 24 February 2026 at 12:00 PM EST.
