The RFQ number is N0018926QZ040. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025 06 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this web address www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code is 541990 and the Small Business Standard with a standard size of 19.5 million. This requirement is for the Genealogy Phase I and Phase II research cases and has a ceiling of 3,575 which includes 2,750 Phase I and 825 Phase II cases over a 5 year ordering period starting 30 Apr 2026 through 29 Apr 2031 along with an additional six-month ordering option period pursuant to FAR 52.217 8. The six-month option period will run from 30 APR 2031 through 29 OCT 2031. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract.
