The Government is cancelling the subject solicitation, as none of the offerors who submitted quotes in response to the solicitation have a current DoT PoP certification for this crate configuration, which is required for technical acceptability. A new solicitation will be posted to clarify the ambiguous phrasing of the technical requirements in the solicitation.

Crates require a Performance-Oriented Packaging (POP) certification in accordance with DOT regulation, by certified vendor. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order with a required delivery date of 6 wks. post award.
