## Description

The Government is cancelling the subject solicitation, as none of the offerors who submitted quotes in response to the solicitation have a current DoT PoP certification for this crate configuration, which is required for technical acceptability. A new solicitation will be posted to clarify the ambiguous phrasing of the technical requirements in the solicitation.

Questions or concerns regarding this cancellation can be sent to the Primary Point of Contact listed below. -- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to solicit - on behalf of the Navy Munitions Command Atlantic (NMCLANT) - Harpoon Booster Section Shipping Containers. Crates require a Performance-Oriented Packaging (POP) certification in accordance with DOT regulation, by certified vendor. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order with a required delivery date of 6 wks. post award.
