H Department - Printed Circuit Boards and Bare Printed Circuit Boards, Electrical and Electronic Assemblies, Cards, and Associated Hardware

This requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) for vendors to fabricate, assemble, kit, and deliver finished Printed and Bare Circuit Boards (PCBs) and associated hardware. Orders will be competitively awarded on a lowest cost, technical acceptable (:PTA) basis. Vendors must meet standards for managing International Trafficking in Arms (ITAR) data, Covered Defense Information protection as defined in the National Institute of Standards (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171, and must be fully owned and operated within the United States (US), including completing all fabrication and assembly within the US.
