Seeking Sources for a Flat Washer for the MK 27 MOD 0 Tool Set

No award will be made as a result of this sources sought. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking potential sources to provide a flat washer.

The washer will work in conjunction with a lock screw on a small adjustable spanner wrench. This requirement is for materials only and no service(s) will be required. At a minimum the flat washer will meet the following specifications and guidance.

INTERPRET DRAWING IAW: MIL-STD-31000 ASME Y14.100 ENGINEERING DRAWING PRACTICES ASME Y14.5 DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES ASME Y14.38 ABBREVIATIONS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED: FINISH ALL OVER 125 REMOVE ALL BURRS AND BREAK SHARP EDGES .020 MAX. IDENTIFY AS 10001-2847260 AND THE APPLICABLE REVISION LETTER. DO NOT MARK ON PIECE. WASHER SHALL COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF MIL-DTL-19595D. (CONTACT) PASSIVATE AS PER EITHER ASTM A967 OR SAE AMS-2700.

Testing IAW MIL-DTL-19595D Material: Steel comp 310 Material Specification: Qq-s-763 federal specification single material response Submissions: Interested entities are encouraged to respond by providing succinct responses to the items listed above. A spreadsheet can be used to organize the responses if desired.
