NOI for MCJROTC JLAB Academic Bowl

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. Supply/Service needed: MCJROTC is purchasing entry into a quiz bowl format Academic Bowl for MCJROTC units for all branches of DoD, consisting of three levels of competition using two online preliminary rounds and a final round including ASVAB/SACT/SAT test improvement products for all cadets and a capstone event.

The contractor includes complete logistical support for online preliminary academic competition rounds between MC JROTC Units worldwide and all meals, lodging, supplies, and logistics required for final, live championship round. Sister branches of service to include the Army, Navy, and Airforce must also be in the field of competition during the live championship hosted at a college campus. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to:
