Sister branches of service to include the Army, Navy, and Airforce must also be in the field of competition during the live championship hosted at a college campus. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to: College Options Foundation, INC. 128 Willow Creek DR, Peachtree City, GA. 30269-1695, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
