Electrical Optic Camera Maintenance

This is a Sources Sought request for information to be used for market research purposes only. The Government is seeking responses from small businesses capable of performing the required services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. Responses to this announcement are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant contract for this requirement.

Please note that this requirement is in the developmental phase and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and information provided is subject to change. The government shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred in response to this sources sought announcement. This will be a Base plus three Option Year contract. Participation is strictly voluntary.

All Sources Sought responses shall be received by 2:00PM EST on 12 December 2024. The results of the Sources Sought will be utilized to determine the interest of the small business community in supporting this requirement. MCRD, PI is interested in gaining further information from small businesses on whether or not they will be capable of appropriately pricing this requirement based on the information given in the attached PWS.

Information is for acquisition planning purposes only and is issued in accordance with FAR 52.215-3. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure the service or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers.
