The Government is seeking responses from small businesses capable of performing the required services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. Responses to this announcement are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses will not be used for evaluation in any resultant contract for this requirement. Please note that this requirement is in the developmental phase and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and information provided is subject to change. Participation is strictly voluntary. All Sources Sought responses shall be received by 2:00PM EST on 12 December 2024. MCRD, PI is interested in gaining further information from small businesses on whether or not they will be capable of appropriately pricing this requirement based on the information given in the attached PWS.
