This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotations or proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary and will be used only for market research purposes to determine availability of sources, commerciality, and competitive strategy. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs associated with any response to this notice as incurred by prospective contractors.

Tracking Number: IHS1503131 The Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center (WWKMHCC) located in Sisseton, SD 57262 intends to Sole Source, firm-fixed-price, award to Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc. to replenish funds for the postage meter at the WWKMHCC .

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc. in accordance with (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source, the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to the postage machine being licensed by Pitney Bowes. The WWKMHCC requires the postage meter to send hospital mail which includes documents, appointment letters, and prescriptions. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jeremiah Tsoodle, Purchasing Agent, at Jeremiah.tsoodle@ihs.gov on January 24, 2025 by 12:00 CST. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
