GSU School Wellness Conference

The Indian Health Service (IHS) Gallup Service Unit, located in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with XR Consulting Group LLC (UEI KEFVFKNWZFN7). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430, with a small business size standard of $15.0 million.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchase not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). The 2023 School Health Wellness Conference was cancelled due to a winter storm.

HPDP plans to hold a two-day school wellness conference for schools, health programs and surrounding communities within the Gallup Service Unit. The estimated Period of Performance is March 2024 through July 2024. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. Any source that believes it can provide the described services herein may provide a capability statement to the point of contact below.

A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to compete the requirement.
