The estimated Period of Performance is March 2024 through July 2024. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. Any source that believes it can provide the described services herein may provide a capability statement to the point of contact below. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to compete the requirement.
