NTUA Wireless, LLC - WAN Internet Services - Kayenta Service Unit

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit; Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) located in Shonto, Arizona and Dennehotso Health Station (DHS) located in Dennehotso, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to NTUA Wireless, LLC for WAN Internet Services as required by the Information Technology (IT) Department, as a Base plus One Option Year with a Period of Performance from: Date of Award to 12/31/24;

Option Period 1: 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to NTUA Wireless, LLC in accordance with FAR 13.105(a)(2)(i), for purchases exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) but not exceeding $7.5 million, Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than NTUA Wireless, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Jerlyn Begay, Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Friday, May 03, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
