The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to NTUA Wireless, LLC in accordance with FAR 13.105(a)(2)(i), for purchases exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) but not exceeding $7.5 million, Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than NTUA Wireless, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Jerlyn Begay, Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Friday, May 03, 2024.
