Intent to Award Sole Source - PICOM Support Services

This requirement is for support and maintenance service for two (2) PICOM (ScImage servers), which includes services to install proprietary SW, install on site, provide training and technical support to include research support, and HW/SW warranty support for USAFSAM at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 334510. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source contract, consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years, as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to ScImage Inc.. Please see the attachments to this notice for additional details. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses should be e-mailed to the buyer at michael.hornberger.1@us.af.mil no later than 27 December 2024 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Only responses received by this date will be considered.

Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “PICOM Support & Maintenance Service” Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.

Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB. If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
