Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source contract, consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years, as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to ScImage Inc.. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
