The requirement is for the purchase of one (1) Audiometric Booth, On Site Installation (to include floor-leveling as option if required), and 15-year certification to Tracy, CA. Minimum requirements: Capable of testing multiple people simultaneously, Soundproof booth to isolate outside noise that passes annual booth certification, High performance acoustic doors, Fully isolated floors, Window in door, Privacy curtains, Silenced ventilation system, Plug and Play electrical, and Master Jack Panel.

Additionally, if the contractor arrives to install the audio booth and the building floor does not meet the floor levelness specifications of the manufacturer for installation, the vendor's team will build a slab on the current building floor using self-leveling concrete to reach the floor levelness required for the placement of the audio booth.
