NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE MOBILE CT SERVICES

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division – West (HCD-W) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source. The proposed source is STRYKER SALES LLC. This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract.

Reference#: HT941024N0147. DHACA HCD-W on behalf of Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), intends to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source being available to meet the Government’s needs, to:

STRYKER SALES LLC. 1941 STRYKER WAY PORTAGE, MI 49002-9711 This requirement has period of performance from 23 SEPTEMBER 2024 – 22 SEPTEMBER 2025 (Base Only). This requirement is to provide all services, materials, and equipment necessary for the one-time service repair of one (1) Airo Mobile Computed Tomography Scanning System to ensure dependable and reliable equipment operation in accordance with manufacturer specifications. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement.

The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance . This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product.

All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
