All interested vendors, for your bid to be considered submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation but also fill out and submit section A of this RFQ. Filling out section B of this solicitation and submitting it with only pricing of the items does not suffice as a bid for evaluation purposes. Failure to comply will disqualify your bid, as the information in section A along with a viable quote is required, along with a up to date SAMs registration.

All interested vendors who submit a bid are responsible for following directions by filling out and submitting the necessary articles being asked in this posting for your bid to be considered. It is not the responsibility of the Contract Specialist to follow up with what the vendor is missing upon submission. All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices of at least 2 are required from either private or public institutions of these products.

Refer to section B, C, and H for product information and salient characteristics of this RFQ for details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. Only offers for ALL requirements will be considered. A one-time site-visit walk through of the spaces will be conducted on Wednesday, 12 June 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. All interested vendors are required to be present and participate in the scheduled site visit.

Vendors not attending this scheduled one-time group site visit may be considered ineligible for contract award. Contractors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contract Specialist, Kimberly Bunn via e-mail no later than 10:00am (Eastern Time) on Monday, 10 August 2024 of your company's intentions to participate in the site visit walk-through. Only contractors who have notified the Contract Specialist will be allowed to participate in the site visit. Vendors’ technical and pricing proposals are due by close of business on Monday, 17 June 2024.
