PAD Medical Coders and Transcription Services

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to:

1. Update Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 and FAR 52.212-5 2. Incorporate updated PWS 3. Update Attachment 5 4. CLIN 0010 to 4010 adjusted quantities 5. Provide responses to questions from vendors.

This is a competitive 8(a) Request for Proposal (RFP) from Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) for the acquisition of Management of Medical Records Support and Transcription Services for the Patient Administration Department (PAD) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC).

The Government intends to award to a single SBA certified 8(a) concern under a firm-fixed price performance-based contract on or about 26 January 2024. Services will be procured in accordance with FAR 19.5, FAR Part 12, and procedures set forth in FAR Part 15. The expecting award shall consist of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541219, Other Accounting Services. The Small Business Administration Size standard is $25,000,000.

Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Management of Medical Records Support and Transcription Services to support the Medical Records Division of the PAD at WRNMMC.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requirement defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

Solicitation Amendment 0001 The purpose of the solicitation amendment is to correct the due dates identified in FAR 52.212-1 Addendum. All terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Solicitation Amendment 0002 The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to incorporate changes resulting from RFP Questions and Answers. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Addendum 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-5, Attachment 1 - PWS, and Attachment 5 - Pricing Proposal Workbook are updated. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
