Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP)

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. All information contained in the RFI is preliminary as well as subject to modification and is in no way binding on the Government. This RFI will be the basis for collecting information on capabilities available. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes.

All requested information is intended to facilitate the Government’s market research efforts and inform the Government’s acquisition strategy. Contractors responding to this request are advised that participation does NOT ensure opportunities for future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will NOT reimburse any Contractor or individual for any expenses associated with preparation or participation in this request for information. Refer to the attached RFI PDF entitled, "HT0011-26-RFI-0610 ASBP-Final".

The Government will not accept any phone or email inquiries regarding this RFI. Responses to this RFI shall be in accordance with the instructions provided in RFI attachment.
