Notice of Intent for Army/Navy UpToDate Bridge Contract

This synopsis is in accordance with FAR Part 5, is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source bridge contract to UpToDate, Inc. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and email requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole source bridge contract to the contractor, UpToDate, Inc. for the clinical tool, UpToDate. The previous contract number is HT001124C0014. The Defense Health Agency (DHA)/ Medical Library Organizational Management Office (MML OMO), Leadership, Education, Analysis, Development, Sustainment (LEADS) office has a need for the clinical tool, UpToDate.

UpToDate is required as a first line, comprehensive, and primary source of clinical information and guidance for military medical personnel and medical support personnel in the Department of Army, Army Medicine, Navy Medicine, former Army, and Navy Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) now under operational control of DHA.
