Sign Language Services (SLS) Request for Proposal

The purpose of Solicitation HM047625R0035_Amendment 0005 is to incorporate Industry Q&A responses for clarification into the revised PWS, Attachments, and RFP Sections (4.0 and 5.0). All changes are highlighted in yellow within the respective attachment document, or RFP sections, and include the following:

1. Attach_1_SLS_PWS_rev1_dated_12_Nov_2025 2. Attach_2_SLS_Resume_Format_Key_Personnel_rev1 3. Attach_6_Price_Proposal_Workbook_rev1: Tab A - NGA Washington-St Louis; offerors shall only submit rates and totals for base and option periods 4. Attach_10 – Compliance Checklist_rev1: corrected inconsistencies for the format of documents MS Word/PDF 5. Attach_11_Industry_Q&A_rev1: added to incorporate the Industry Q&A responses 6. RFP Section 4.0 Instructions to Offeror – clarification revisions in response to industry Q&As include:

a. 4.1.2 Page Limitations – format of documents b. 4.3 Volume I Technical (Factor I) - Sub-Factor 1.2 Key Personnel Resumes (s) – One (1) resume per key position at each location c. 4.5 Volume III – Price (Factor) 3 – FTE and core hours 7. RFP Section 5.1.2.1 Factors and Sub-factors and Relative Order of Importance: revised language. All interested offerors shall submit proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation amendment 0005 section 4 and 5 and attachments.

All offerors shall include signed solicitation amendments 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 and 0005 front page to their proposal submittal as acknowledged of those amendments. Q&As are now close. All other terms and conditions remained unchanged and in full force.
