Collabralink Technologies (DBA Groundswell), Pleasanton, CA, was awarded a $205,000,000.00 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Human Capital Management System (HCMS) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
