## Description

Collabralink Technologies (DBA Groundswell), Pleasanton, CA, was awarded a $205,000,000.00 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Human Capital Management System (HCMS) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This contract requires the contractor to deliver and sustain an HCM system environment and application services to include, but not limited to, human resources and workforce development business functional areas defined in the Functional Requirements Document.
