SOFAM NTV Rental

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of quotes to December 22, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST and to Post the Q&A. Requirement is for Non-Tactical Vehicle Rentals in Fairbanks, AK.

Contractor must provide eighteen (18) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV), five (5) trucks, two (2) 15- passenger vans, and one (1) cargo van to facilitate ground transportation for personnel, equipment, and supplies for the duration of the three-week SOFAM exercise in Alaska with a start date of 9 January 2026 and end date of 28 January 2026. The contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

All questions must be submitted via email and received by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time 15 DEC 2025. The hour and date for receipt of offers is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time 19 DEC 2025.
