Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with the following companies: Kage LLC dba Bubany Supply: Various building materials and supplies inclusive of but not limited to lumber, hardware, and electrical supplies on an as-needed basis.

Gallup Lumber & Supply Co Inc: Various building supplies, lumber, hardware, materials, and auxiliary supplies on an as-needed basis.

Clifton Electric Co Inc: Various electrical supplies, light fixtures, materials and hardware on an as-needed basis.

The Sherwin-Williams Company: Various paints, miscellaneous paint supplies, and hand held painting tools, other painting related materials, supplies and hardware on an as-needed basis. W.W.

Grainger, Inc: Various electrical/mechanical/welding supplies, motors, machining materials, pumps and hardware on an as-needed basis. JMT Inc. dba Johnstone Supply: Various building air conditioning Freon and AC chemicals, HEPA filters, heating and cooling materials and various AC motors on an as-needed basis. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with three one year option periods.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement as follows with applicable small business size standard: 321912 – Cut Stock, Resawing Lumber, and Planing Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees. 325510 – Paint and Coating Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees. 333415 – Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 1,250 employees.

333991 – Power-Driven Handtool Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees. 335999 – All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 500 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Gallup Indian Medical Center Facility Management changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than Wednesday, February 21, 2024. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
