The Government will award a firm-fixed price (FFP) Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria. The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) Office of Public Health and Safety requires a supply and delivery of all analytical laboratory supplies and consumables on a reoccurring basis.
