Supply and deliver Facilities Maintenance, Electrical Spare Parts

The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: The supply and delivery of Electrical Spare Parts for residences and office buildings in Windhoek. The contractor/vendor shall provide all mentioned/listed spare parts and have it shipped directly to Post, Windhoek. The US Government may award the order, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant order will be a fixed priced type order/contract.

The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website, towards the middle of August 2024. Please see RFQ for actual response date. Queries should be addressed to e-mail:
