AMENDMENT 2: 4 Feb 2025. Two changes have been made to the attached document, "ATCH 2- PRICING SCHEDULE B_Aerospace". The changes being made are as follows:

AMENDMENT 2:

4 FEB 2025 – 1. Existing Atch 2: Change Period of Performance to 18 Feb only, 0700 – 1200 (everything else stays the same) -- 2. Existing Atch 2: Change item 0001: Large Screens 6’x10’ minimum; --3.

Existing Atch 2: Change item 0006: Speakers from 4 to 2 The new document is entitled Amended 2_4 FEB_2025_ATCH 2- PRICING SCHEDULE B_Aerospace.

END OF AMENDMENT 2 AMENDMENT 1: 29 Jan 2025. Original SOO is replaced with amended version of SOO. File name is SOO IDES V2_Amendment 1_29 Jan 2025. Change: The original version of the SOO stated on page 3, "VI.

Operating Constraints: There are identified constraints identified beyond the requirements in this SOO. Please refer to Section V, line item three (3) regarding Hotel Coordination. If additional constraints are identified prior to event, the COR will notify the contractor." The revised version of the SOO states on page 3, "VI.

Fourth Street, Louisville, KY 40202. The dates of the event will be held 18-20 February 2025. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in this SOO.
