Q&A: Would the Government like to record audio and/or video of the event? If so, we would need to factor in additional equipment such as cameras, along with basic lighting to ensure adequate stage wash? No, we will just go with what is in the SOO. No recorded audio or cameras/video are needed from the contractor. Q&A Added & Due: 18 December 2024 / 12:00 p.m. CST THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to conduct market research relative to the Aerospace Medicine Conference Support A/V Rental Support – Aerospace Medicine Conference requirement. This RFI announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement.
