Request For Information Amendment 2 (20 December 2024)

**Q&A:** Would the Government like to record audio and/or video of the event? If so, we would need to factor in additional equipment such as cameras, along with basic lighting to ensure adequate stage wash? No, we will just go with what is in the SOO. No recorded audio or cameras/video are needed from the contractor. Request For Information Amendment 1 (13 December 2024) The following items were amended: RFI extended to 20 December 2024 / 4:00 PM CST.

**Q&A Added & Due:** 18 December 2024 / 12:00 p.m. CST THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to conduct market research relative to the Aerospace Medicine Conference Support A/V Rental Support – Aerospace Medicine Conference requirement. This RFI announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement.

The information received from this RFI is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in acquisition strategy planning. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Please see the attached documents for more information.
