Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS)

This is the FIRST round of RFIs to seek feedback from industry on the Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS) Draft Request For Proposal (RFP). Responses will impact the Government’s decision-making in finalizing the solicitation. All feedback provided will be reviewed and considered. We value your feedback and look forward to hearing from you. This RFI includes:

Draft RFP Section L, Instructions to Offerors Draft RFP Section M, Evaluation Factors to Award Draft HTRO Self-Scoring Matrices for: Housing Maintenance (Unrestricted) Custodial Services (Unrestricted) Grounds Maintenance (Unrestricted) Total Facility Maintenance (Unrestricted) The publication of the KISS Draft RFP is solely for market research purposes. Additional draft attachments and appendices as referenced within the attached documents may be included at a later date to this posting.

This publication is not an official RFP from the Government and does not constitute a request for offers. All comments or questions received are on a voluntary basis. The Government will not reimburse any costs attributed to responses. Please email responses to both Government Point of Contacts listed below by no later than COB 15 November 2024:

Ms. Fabiana Benkel: fabiana.benkel.de@us.af.mil & Ms. Shataya Butler: shataya.butler@us.af.mil. Responses to questions received regarding the KISS Draft RFP will be shared on SAM.gov. The Government intends to release the RFP in late winter 2025. PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE: 700 CONS and 86 CEG are planning to conduct a virtual pre-solicitation conference. The anticipated date for the pre-solicitation conference is 9 December 2024. Registration and additional details will be provided via a seperate posting on SAM.gov. closer to the date of the event.
