This RFI includes: Draft RFP Section L, Instructions to Offerors Draft RFP Section M, Evaluation Factors to Award Draft HTRO Self-Scoring Matrices for: Housing Maintenance (Unrestricted) Custodial Services (Unrestricted) Grounds Maintenance (Unrestricted) Total Facility Maintenance (Unrestricted) The publication of the KISS Draft RFP is solely for market research purposes. Additional draft attachments and appendices as referenced within the attached documents may be included at a later date to this posting. This publication is not an official RFP from the Government and does not constitute a request for offers. All comments or questions received are on a voluntary basis. The Government will not reimburse any costs attributed to responses.
