AMENDMENT 03 The purpose of this Amendment 03 is to:

UPDATE ATTACHMENTS: Update solicitation document “Combined Synopsis FA521524Q0011_Amendment 3” and addition of nine attachments, “FA521524Q0011 QA_16Sep2024”, “B13and19 KaenaPoint AsBuilt_Fire”, “Bldg 41 Kaena Pt – Mech Partial Fire”, “Dwg No. E-97-96 – Sheet 7 – New Duct Detector and Sprinkler Flow Bldg 41”, “Dwg No. E-97-96 – Sheet 16 – Demolition and New Fire Alarm Plans Bldg 41”, “Fire Alarm Drawings”, “Fire Alarm Drawings 2”, “Fire Alarm Panels”, and “Fire Alarm Tests – 2022”.

AMENDMENT 02 The purpose of this Amendment 02 is to:

1. UPDATE SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All quotes are due on or before 4:00 pm HST, Thursday, 12 September 2024. Submission MUST be made via email to the Contracting Officer, TSgt James Meyers, at james_allan_potter.meyers@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist, Kelli Chinen, at kelli.chinen@us.af.mil.

AMENDMENT 01 The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to:

1. ADD SITE VISIT: Site visit for interested vendors will be held on Thursday, 5 September 2024 AT 9:00 AM HST at Kaena Point Space Force Station (Waianae, HI). If interested in adding please email Kelli Chinen (kelli.chinen@us.af.mil) and TSgt James Meyers (james_allan_potter.meyers@us.af.mil) to confirm attendance no later than TUESDAY, 3 SEPTEMBER 2024 AT 12:00 PM HST. Attendee list needs to be sent in advance to gain access onto site.

2. UPDATE SUBMISSION/QUESTIONS DEADLINE: All quotes are due on or before 4:00 pm HST, Tuesday, 10 September 2024. Submission MUST be made via email to the Contracting Officer, TSgt James Meyers, at james_allan_potter.meyers@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist, Kelli Chinen, at kelli.chinen@us.af.mil. All questions are due on or before 4:00 pm HST, Friday, 6 September 2024. Quotes must reference the RFQ number #FA521524Q0011.

3. UPDATE ATTACHMENTS: Update solicitation document “Combined Synopsis FA521524Q0011_Amendment 1” and addition of two attachments, 1. Spreadsheet titled “Kaena Point – Fire System Components and 2. Pdf titled “FA521524Q0011 Q&A_29Aug2024”

(i) THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. (ii) The solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA521524Q0011 and is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective May 22nd, 2024. (iv) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $25 million.
