Notice of Intent to Solicit From A Single Source, Borescope Repair

35th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate with Rhinestahl Corporation under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, to purchase repair of 2 each 6M Borescopes, GE Model XLVUD6130. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for the Government may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.

Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. A determination by the Government no to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via Email to 2d Lt.
