Vendors with these capabilities should submit answers to the following questions:

1. What is the contractor's approximate hourly rate production?

2. Is the contractor currently supporting other work on Tinian?

3. What is the estimated cost per ton of asphalt? Are price breaks offered for larger purchases and/or long term agreements?

4. Does the contractor provide prime and tack coat application? If so, what are the associated costs?
