THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO A PARTICULAR ACQUISITION APPROACH OR OTHERWISE REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE 356 ECEG is seeking sources for batch asphalt production on Tinian, Northern Mariana Islands. Vendors with these capabilities should submit answers to the following questions:

1. What is the contractor's approximate hourly rate production?

2. Is the contractor currently supporting other work on Tinian?

3. What is the estimated cost per ton of asphalt? Are price breaks offered for larger purchases and/or long term agreements?

4. Does the contractor provide prime and tack coat application? If so, what are the associated costs?

5. Can the contractor haul the required items to/from the plant to the project location? Additionally, please provide the following company information: 1. Name of company 2. Point of Contact 3.
