Automated Dormitory Lockout Key Management System for Eielson AFB, AK

The requirements is for a secure lockout key management system with over 1,100 individual, tamper-resistant compartments controlled by biometric or RFID authentication. The system must allow administrators to assign user permissions, require checkout reasoning, set due dates, and limit the number of keys issued. It must also provide push notifications for overdue or unreturned keys and maintain a full audit trail.

A touchscreen interface and integration with 24/7 video surveillance are required, along with a one-year on-site warranty, training, and phone support. The system must be delivered as a single cabinet, with preference for solutions that offer remote monitoring, real-time alerts, and scalability for future expansion.
