Voisus Software and information Assurance (IA) maintenance for ASTi Voisus servers

This notice is to modify the contract opportunity notice from FA48901252024 to FA489024Q0201 to allow the contract writing system to accept the information. No responses were received to the sources sought and this not an invitation for quotes. Voisus Software and Information Assurance (IA) maintenance for ASTi Voisus servers. Part Number VS-SW-IA-M This requirement will cover 450 Clients over 5 servers. 5 servers with 445 clients ande 1 server with 5 clients. ASTi Voisus software maintenance requirements include:

-Access to latest ASTi Software (Quarterly) -Access to Information Assurance (IA) and OS Updates (Quarterly and/or Monthly) -Prioritized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) schedule -Software rehost to new hardware at no additional cost in software packages - ASTi Software and IA Maintenance updates are dependent upon the hardware onto which they are installed Any hardware issues preventing a Software/IA update are not covered under the Software and IA Maintenance contract. User is requesting a base year and 4 option years if possible.
