ASTi Voisus software maintenance requirements include: -Access to latest ASTi Software (Quarterly) -Access to Information Assurance (IA) and OS Updates (Quarterly and/or Monthly) -Prioritized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) schedule -Software rehost to new hardware at no additional cost in software packages - ASTi Software and IA Maintenance updates are dependent upon the hardware onto which they are installed Any hardware issues preventing a Software/IA update are not covered under the Software and IA Maintenance contract.
