The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a Brand Name procurement action, for the procurement of the following items: Cobham Parachutist Bailout System – Qty: 25 each NSN:

8120-01-675-7824 Part Number: B47310-1 This requirement is conducted under FAR 13.106-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a BRAND NAME procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals.

Firms who want to challenge this brand name action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm’s technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this equipment. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
